AMERICAN SYSTEMS Awarded $27.4 Million Task Order for Learning Asset Solution Support at Defense Acquisition University

November 27, 2017 — Chantilly, VA — AMERICAN SYSTEMS today announced it was awarded a task order to support a number of training services for the Department of Defense’s Defense Acquisition University (DAU) at Fort Belvoir, VA. The four-year task order, valued at $27.4 million, was awarded under the General Services Administration’s Alliant contract vehicle.

Under the terms of the task order, AMERICAN SYSTEMS will be providing support for the Defense Acquisition University’s mission to provide learning assets in various forms such as:  Distance Learning and Continuous Learning, Facilitated Instructor-led Classroom learning solutions, Games and Simulations, Video-based learning assets, Rapid Deployment Training in classroom or online formats, and Performance Support Tools.
