Job Description:
DDL OMNI Engineering is currently seeking a full time Senior Analyst to support our Simulation and Systems Division. Candidate must comprehend and apply mathematical models of platform dynamics. The Senior Analyst will observe and support Air ASW related exercise. Duties include, but are not limited to performing geometric reconstruction of Air ASW exercises by reconstructing exercise data to formulate accurate assessments of system and operator performance and the adequacy of Navy Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP). This is a great opportunity for motivated Senior Analysts with prior ASW experience to participate in a team environment and make an impact immediately.
Education Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering or physics and 7+ years of related work experience; or 20 years experience in applicable subject matter; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred. Exceptional experience will be considered in lieu of education requirements.
Skills Preferred:
• Air ASW systems operational experience
• Operational Test & Evaluation (OTE) formal training
• Knowledge of probability theory and statistical analysis
• Military training in Air ASW, with strong technical background
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
