Job Description:
DDL OMNI Engineering is currently seeking a full time Program Manager (PM) to manage all aspects of a Test and Evaluation Program in support of a Test and Evaluation Squadron. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of contractor functions, ensuring compliance with terms of contract. The PM will be required to oversee contractor personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Program Manager to participate in a team environment and make an impact immediately.
Education Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business Management from an accredited four year university or college. Advanced degree is desirable.
Skills Preferred:
Requires four (4) years recent experience managing technical support contracts and general professional experience in developmental or operational test and evaluation of aircraft, weapons, software or systems. Additionally requires:
• Demonstrated breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to accomplish the complex tasks associated with Test and Evaluation
• Program Management experience or qualifications
• Military training in Air ASW, with strong technical background.
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
