Job Description: 
DDL OMNI Engineering is currently seeking a Field Engineer II to support our Engineering Services Division. The position performs a variety of complex activities to test and troubleshoot electronic equipment and systems, exercising discretion and judgment to calibrate, repair, modify and install these equipments or systems. The Field Engineer conducts ship checks for equipment installation and coordinates with design personnel, performs copper and fiber connector assembly; and installs ShipAlsts and TempAlts on submarines and surface ships. Duties include drafting Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), Work Authorization Forms (WAF) and Controlled Work Procedures (CWP). This is a great opportunity for a motivated Field Engineer II to participate in a team environment and make an impact immediately.
Education Preferred: 
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5 years experience; or military certification school and 10 years experience; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree is two years experience for one year of college

This position requires the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
