The DDL OMNI GSA Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule provides a broad spectrum of services across engineering disciplines to agencies and other organizations. GSA has completed the federally mandated contracting requirements required prior to obtaining services.

The DDL OMNI GSA PES Schedule contains six Special Item Numbers (SINs) that comprise the distinct phases of an engineering project (mechanical, electrical, chemical, and components of civil engineering).

DDL OMNI has experience in guiding organizations in the achievement of engineering objectives.  Services are offered in six Special Item Number (SIN) areas:

• SIN 871-1: Strategic Planning for Technology Programs/Activities
• SIN 871-2: Concept Development and Requirements Analysis
• SIN 871-3: System Design, Engineering and Integration
• SIN 871-4: Test and Evaluation
• SIN 871-5: Integrated Logistics Support
• SIN 871-6: Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management
