Our fiber optic termination processes and procedures, coupled with our detailed knowledge of MIL-STD-2042B─Fiber Optic Cable Topology Installation Standard Methods for Naval Ships, ensures post termination light loss values of typically less than 0.5 db per mated pair, exceeding the 0.75 db per mated pair NAVSEA specification for acceptable termination light loss. These high-quality terminations ensure optical power budgets are maximized to the fullest extent, providing improved connectivity, integrity, and reliability for shipboard systems.
