DDL OMNI Engineering performs 2-D and 3-D finite element analysis of materials and structures to analyze and predict point, pressure, or thermal loads; force displacement; corrosion and fatigue; heat transfer; and other structural conditions.

Our engineers will develop a node mesh with increased node density in areas of particular interest (high stress, fracture points, weld lines, etc.).  Depending on the object under analysis, DDL OMNI will compose a model from scratch or using pre-existing elements.  Both structural and vibrational analysis can be performed to simulate deformation, elasticity, vibrational frequencies, and susceptibility to resonance.
