DDL OMNI Awarded Prime Contract Supporting the Department of the Navy

McLean, Virginia, May 16, 2017 — DDL OMNI was recently awarded a prime contract to support the Department of the Navy, providing services to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Code 34 in the area of Submarine Communications Systems for mechanical engineering design and technical services including production, installation, and shipboard drawings; mechanical and electrical fabrication of parts, prototypes, lab installation kits, and test fixtures; Environmental Qualification Test (EQT) support services; and mechanical technical support for laboratories and facilities. 

This contract was awarded on May 16, 2017 at a value of $39.5M over 5 years. Work will be conducted at DDL OMNI offices in the Northeast and other locations as required by NUWCDIVNPT tasking.

This contract will be managed by DDL OMNI’s Engineering Services Division office in Norwich, CT under the direction of John H. Leckie, Vice President and John Ketcham, Technical Director.
