McLean, Virginia, December 1, 2010—DDL OMNI is pleased to announce that it has received honors in two national web creativity and design awards competitions.  The company’s web development team received a 2010 W3 Silver Award honoring creative excellence on the web, and four American Graphic Design awards for outstanding website, logo, and touch screen interface design.

McLean, Virginia, September 30, 2010―DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N00178-04-D-4032-FD05 for underwater systems structure and structural design, engineering, and structural testing support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), Survivability, Structures & Materials Directorate, Structures and Composites Division, Code 65.  The Division develops, demonstrates, and transitions new and emerging structural material technologies in support of U.S. Navy surface ship and submarine structural systems.

McLean, Virginia, September 27, 2010 – DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N00178-04-D-4032-N403 for engineering and technical services to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport in the area of submarine temporary alteration design.  Support under this contract, which was awarded on September 27, 2010, is valued at $21.44 million.

McLean, Virginia, August 25, 2010—DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. HSHQDC-10-F-00126 for test and evaluation services to the Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) in the area of first responder technology. Support under this contract, which was awarded on August 25, 2010, is valued at $2.011 million.

McLean, Virginia, May 3, 2010—DDL OMNI Engineering LLC is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N57023-10-F-2016 for technical and analytical services in support of the Air Readiness/Effectiveness Measurement (AIREM) program at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE (VX-1), located in Patuxent River, MD.  This contract was awarded on April 29, 2010.

McLean, Virginia, March 15, 2010—DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N66604-10-D-003A for engineering and technical services in the areas of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Newport, Newport, RI.  Support under this five-year contract, which was awarded on March 12, 2010, is valued at $8.48 million.

McLean, Virginia, October 20, 2009—DDL OMNI is pleased to announce that it has once again received national honors in the 2009 American Graphic Design Awards competition, winning a record 10 awards for logo, website, CBT, and touchscreen interface design. This win marks the seventh time DDL OMNI has been recognized in the annual competition.

McLean, Virginia, February 10, 2009 – DDL OMNI Engineering announced today that Mr. Thomas K. Cole, Vice President of the Simulation and Systems Division, has recently been elected to the Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) Board of Advisors. Mr. Cole will serve as one of eight corporate members of the VMASC Advisory Board. DDL OMNI has been a corporate member of VMASC since its inception in July 1997.

DDL OMNI received a Silver Award for the DARPA Defense Sciences Office (DSO) public website (http://www.darpa.mil/dso). The DSO website was designed to communicate DSO’s mission, provide office and program information, and solicit innovative research ideas.

McLean, Virginia, June 7, 2008 – DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N00178-04-D-4032-N402 for engineering and technical services in support of the Critical Transducer Program (CTP) at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Newport, Rhode Island. Support under this contract, which was awarded on May 7, 2008, is valued at $17.8 million.

UPDATE McLean, Virginia, February 11, 2008 – DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N00178-04-D-4032, Delivery Order FD03 to provide scientific, engineering, and technical support services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) in support of the TUBA, SEAWOLF, SSN-688, VIRGINIA, SSGN, and TRIDENT Submarine Programs, and XX-21 and other Surface Ship Programs.
