DDL OMNI Wins Record 10 Awards in Design Competition
McLean, Virginia, October 20, 2009—DDL OMNI is pleased to announce that it has once again received national honors in the 2009 American Graphic Design Awards competition, winning a record 10 awards for logo, website, CBT, and touchscreen interface design. This win marks the seventh time DDL OMNI has been recognized in the annual competition.
Thomas Cole Elected to VMASC Board of Advisors
McLean, Virginia, February 10, 2009 – DDL OMNI Engineering announced today that Mr. Thomas K. Cole, Vice President of the Simulation and Systems Division, has recently been elected to the Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) Board of Advisors. Mr. Cole will serve as one of eight corporate members of the VMASC Advisory Board. DDL OMNI has been a corporate member of VMASC since its inception in July 1997.
DDL OMNI Earns W3 Web Award
McLean, Virginia, October 27, 2008 – DDL OMNI is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a 2008 W3 Award honoring creative excellence on the web. DDL OMNI received a Silver Award for the DARPA Defense Sciences Office (DSO) public website (http://www.darpa.mil/dso). The DSO website was designed to communicate DSO’s mission, provide office and program information, and solicit innovative research ideas.

DDL OMNI Awarded $17.8 Million Contract to Support Critical Transducer Program
McLean, Virginia, June 7, 2008 – DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N00178-04-D-4032-N402 for engineering and technical services in support of the Critical Transducer Program (CTP) at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Newport, Rhode Island. Support under this contract, which was awarded on May 7, 2008, is valued at $17.8 million.

UPDATE McLean, Virginia, February 11, 2008 – DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N00178-04-D-4032, Delivery Order FD03 to provide scientific, engineering, and technical support services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) in support of the TUBA, SEAWOLF, SSN-688, VIRGINIA, SSGN, and TRIDENT Submarine Programs, and XX-21 and other Surface Ship Programs.
