McLean, Virginia, December 15, 2014 — DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of
Contract N68335-14-G-0057, an SBIR Phase III Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) that will allow
for further development of our Automated Readiness Measurement System (ARMS). The BOA
will support the award of Task Orders that are derived from, extend or complete work previously
performed under the ARMS SBIR. The BOA was awarded by the Naval Air Systems Command
and sponsored by PMA 264.

Thomas Cole Re-Appointed to VMASC Industry Board of Advisors

McLean, Virginia, December, 11, 2014 – DDL OMNI Engineering announced today that Mr.
Thomas K. Cole, Vice President of the Simulation and Systems Division, has recently been
appointed to the Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) Industry Board of
Advisors as an At-Large Member. Mr. Cole has served two consecutive 3-year terms as a VMASC
Board Member and was ineligible for reelection. To retain his corporate knowledge, he was
appointed by the VMASC Executive Director as one of only two At-Large members.

This three-year contract will come under the direction of Ralph M. Vlcek, Vice President, Engineering Services Division.

DDL OMNI Awarded $2 Million Contract to Support the Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate

McLean, Virginia, August 25, 2010—DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. HSHQDC-10-F-00126 for test and evaluation services to the Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) in the area of first responder technology. Support under this contract, which was awarded on August 25, 2010, is valued at $2.011 million.
