ISO 9001 In pursuit of our company’s goal of maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures first-time quality for all products, services, and technical support we provide to our customers, DDL OMNI’s management systems are registered to ISO 9001:2015.

The ISO 9001 designation has long been known as the International Standard for Quality Management Systems. The combination of ISO 9001 with Department of Defense Directives and local instructions ensures that DDL OMNI is able to provide excellent support to all of our customers.

Our QMS is implemented in all organizations within DDL OMNI, and applies to all employees of the corporation. The system ensures the effective operation and control of our processes and identifies the duties and responsibilities for processing products to requirements. The QMS implements all required elements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, including Quality System Policies by means of Quality System Procedures, Quality System Work Instructions, and Quality System Forms/Records.
