DDL OMNI Engineering has extensive capabilities in the

developing computer-based training systems for the US Navy's
submarine fleet. These systems are designed to comply with
the Navy's Submarine On-Board Training (SOBT) Interactive
Courseware Design Specifications. The SOBT team provides
interactive courseware guidelines and laptop computers for
CBT on-board submarines.

simulation, animation, and high-resolution digital video
and photography enable CBT projects that offer unparalleled
interactivity and realism. DDL OMNI uses commercial software
development tools so that the latest technology can be implemented
in our products. By using high-level authoring software,
DDL OMNI develops CBT material in an efficient manner. This
approach allows for rapid updates and modifications when
