In this capacity, he managed approximately 100 engineers, scientists, and technicians for the design, review, and installation of major sonar and communications systems on board SSN 637, SSN 688, and SSN 688I submarines.

Mr. Clark accepted a position as Vice President, Engineering Services Division, with DDL OMNI in 1988. In this capacity, he managed numerous R&D programs from concept and prototype development to fleet introduction of submarine electronic systems, towed arrays, and special projects for ship silencing programs. Mr. Clark was promoted to Corporate Development Officer in 2001 to identify, develop, and acquire the necessary technology and support systems to position DDL OMNI as a contractor of choice in the engineering and services industry.

Mr. Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in management science and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of New Haven, and has participated in numerous continuing education seminars and programs including basic and advanced Dale Carnegie training courses.
